The submissions provided comprise a diverse array of perspectives, observations, and quotes from books I’ve read. These selections consist of a wide spectrum of ideas, thoughts, and stories that have resonated personally. While these books cover a broad range of topics and genres, encompassing diverse political, spiritual, moral, and ethical thought as well as other principled affiliations, their inclusion in the journal does not in itself equate to being completely and totally aligned with my own personal views, nevertheless, the information is still considered to be interesting, helpful, important or valuable.
Search and share excerpts or posts by title, authors, or subject matter. Each post includes reference information, enabling viewers to cite information and uphold the integrity of the authors’ works. Subscribe to the journal to receive notifications of new posts each week, and share your thoughts on a particular book or excerpt – or don’t, I don’t care. Additional genuine perspectives and observations are welcome and appreciated.

“Reading allows for the opportunity to encounter external perspectives.
– Benjamin’s Book Journal
The more external perspectives one can encounter,
the better potential there is for greater understanding.”
